- Time block purchases cannot be split up into more than one call. In the instance you are disconnected immediately contact your operator to complete your call. If you are unable to immediately contact her, please call Customer Service at Ext. 100 to have your case evaluated.
- Once your purchase has been approved, you will receive an email to the email address that you used when you purchased. Certain details you have used to purchase your time will need to be provided to the operator upon connecting your call.
